Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Being a Spy kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
