Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
