History: Born in the south to a Servant, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Servant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
