Through the years after Nicholas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nicholas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Performer like her father before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
