History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Charles was born with his mother's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Crown-heir mother left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He takes great joy in being the best Seamstress in town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Seamstress for the past few years.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
