Description: She dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length red hair. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Mary isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Mary's homeland. Mary decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mary fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut. Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She bought a longbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: Standing 6'0", this man wears a tan coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His head has been shaved. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Miles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
