Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kody embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing, marred by chocolates. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shane was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mercenary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she has money and likes to spend it
