History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting illithids, the young Cecily began to lead the lost caravan. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
