History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Ella was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ella's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ella and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he's looking for his big break
