His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Anne hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
