History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Rosamund will drive conversation. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
