Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Detective, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. He is baby faced.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a Servant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Miles. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the north. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and money/treasure

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a green coat with yellow slacks. Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
