History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Geoffrey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Geoffrey's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
