History: Born in the north to a Bellfounder, Kody learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Vicky was born with her mother's beautiful face. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vicky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.
