Personality: Avice is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a warhammer on his belt, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. John is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Armorer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
