Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she's looking for her big break

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a blue costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. She wears a colorful flower in her blonde hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Server, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. After coming to the age of reason, Heward took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather and is in decent physical shape. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Scribe. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and he would like to get married and retire
