History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
