Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Tim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
