Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of a Detective, who enjoyed hunting, Randal was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Detective, but he got bored and became a Bather. He has worked as a Bather like his father before him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by his family; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
