History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his father's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Layabout. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Gardener and was forced into it by her family; and an old rival family wants her found
