History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Adam was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miller. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Randal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
