Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Roger was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the south to a Glassblower, Roland learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
