Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Emeny was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
