Personality: Odo hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to prove his worth to the world

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
