History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Williamina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
