Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jacoba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jacoba. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
