History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Hugh was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bounty Hunter. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Cecily was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cecily. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.
