History: Born in the south to a Weaver, Sybil learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
