Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. He carries a battered shield and tarnished glaive as well. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Gerard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gerard's homeland. Gerard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Detective. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears tan trousers with grey and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rolf was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rolf's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and expand his business
