History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This dark-skinned male very much looks the part of a Painter. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Anselm hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the north to a Painter, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

His hair is red and curly. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born in the west. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
