History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Joan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Joan. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Norman was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Norman took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
