History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
