Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Lewis was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
