History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sybil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Sybil abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Servant. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Lewis reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, tan shirt, and violet tie. Her head has been shaved. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mercenary and was forced into it by her family; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a Marshal first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
