Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with her Barber mother left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
