History: Rohesia was born with her father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jacoba's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
