History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Aline learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
