History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Matilda liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
