History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites.
