History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Diggory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
