History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Cory was a troubled youth. History: Alexandre was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Egelina hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Egelina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Egelina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Egelina and her spouse have recently divorced.
