History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Through the years after Egelina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Egelina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
