Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Roland took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
