History: He was born at the edge of vast island. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a hunchback. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Hugh wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
