History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Galiena was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Galiena's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
