History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spice Merchant. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
