His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Adelard was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult.
