Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rolf embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Junk Dealer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Junk Dealer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Susannah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a Gardener first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Ida was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ida's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now owns her own business.
