Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trym embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Sarah's homeland. Sarah decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
