History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Cecily was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shipwright. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
